Purchased one of our rings and it's the wrong size ? Don't worry. We'll resize it for you, FOR FREE!

Even if you purchased one of our rings a few years ago and its a bit tight or a bit loose, just send it to us, we'll resize it for you FOR FREE.

 

We want to make it easy, just stay connected to us and we will help out. Simply email us to start.

 

  1. The re-size only applies to the original purchaser.
  2. We will resize a ring, a maximum of three times in its life.
  3. A copy of the receipt must be produced to validate ownership.
  4. You must have a up to date registered user account on this site since the ring was purchased.
  5. The ring must have been owned for a minimum of 1 month.
  6. The ring must have the Robert Young Jewellery hallmark.
  7. There must be more than one full size difference required.
  8. This ring resizing policy does not apply to damaged rings.
  9. This policy only applies to rings or bands that can be resized, not all rings can be resized. Some Diamond rings, some Eternity rings, or rings with continuous writing are not able to be resized and are not included in this policy.
  10. The ring must be insured by the owner whilst in transit and in our care being resized. We do not offer any liability whilst in our care for this free service.
  11. Returning the jewellery via registered post only to Robert Young Jewellery 485 Balmain Road Lilyfield NSW 2040. Include a recorded delivery express post bag for return.

  1. The Complimentary Cleaning only applies to the original purchaser
  2. We offer a Complimentary Clean for your Robert Young Jewellery a maximum once every 18 months. Please contact us every 18 months.
  3. A copy of the warranty/receipt must be produced to validate ownershiip.
  4. You must have a up to date registered account on this site since the jewellery was purchased.
  5. Our Cleaning Service provides a new lease of life, we will place it in the ultrasonic to remove stubborn dirt and give it a quick buff. If your Jewellery requires a deeper polishing or deep scratch removal we will contact you and discuss the options.
  6. The ring must have the Robert Young Jewellery hallmark.
  7. This Complimentary Cleaning policy does not apply to damaged rings.
