Stunning design and craftsmanship. I couldn't be happier. My ring is everything I hoped it would be. Robert was very easy to deal with. He listened to my ramblings about what I wanted, and translated those into a design I hadn't imagined. I've used another jeweller over the years and found Robert's pricing to be fair. Thanks for the great experience! I'm already conjuring my next piece of jewellery!

Robert is not just an artist but an absolute wizard. We came to him with some ideas for an engagement ring and a wedding ring and what he produced in both instances was amazing. Robert worked with me sourcing a unique stone to create a one-off ring for a special birthday. He took all my suggestions on board, and added his own creative touch to elevate the piece beyond my expectations. It has lovely chunky claws but a simplicity I would have thought would be difficult to marry, but it works. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Wouldn't go anywhere else! It is hard to find a jeweller who truly cares about customer's wants/needs more than the $$$ in their pocket. Robert is a down-to-earth artist with the skills of a jeweller. He created two wonderful pieces for us, that exceeded our expectation and stayed within our budget. Every time I look at our customised "classic love" ring, it just makes me smile from the heart, because it represents us, who we are & our stories - everything lies in the detail. My wedding band is stunning on its own, perfectly complements my engagement ring, unique just like our union, didn't think such a small ring could pack in so much meaning - it just represents us! The moment I saw it I knew this is the one I want to wear for the rest of my life.

Thank you Rob, for the very last minute consultation on your day off, for listening so patiently to our story, for inviting our dogs into your shop so they didn't have to wait in the car, for the silver prototype ring, for moving mountains to ensure on time delivery during a very busy period.

P.S. We still use the handcrafted candle holder (aka. jewellery packaging).

My, now, wife and I were passing by Robert's place a week before flying out to Chicago to get married. We had a look around and decided then that we would afterall have rings for our ceremony. Robert was extremely helpful, patient, and managed to get our rings to us a day before we left!! We were extremely happy with Robert's service and managing to get our beautiful rings to us in time!

Would definitely recommend Robert to anyone!

Robert is a one-of-a-kind master of jewellery art. Several years ago I bought my first 1 carat diamond from his store and embarked and a journey of creating a unique and special piece for my wife's engagement ring. Robert made the process of creating a custom piece so easy, and was particularly helpful in explaining the design and the final output was simply stunning. My wife loves it ... and since that time my wife has had so many comments, even from strangers, about how simply amazing her ring is. I've just finished making another 'even more' stunning ring for her over the past several weeks, and Robert has again been fantastic in the whole process. Amazing ... and well worth checking out!!

My husband and I have come to know Robert as an extremely friendly, down-to-earth gentleman, who is definitely more than just a local jeweler! His knowledge and passion for unique works of art is clearly evident from the moment that one walks into the store, and his boutique is definitely worth a visit if you want your precious piece to positively stand out from the crowd. My husband and I have created two unique and customized rings with Robert, which we love from the standpoint that no-one will be able to 100% copy them, and have been impressed by the professionalism throughout the design process, the high standard of work and quality final product as well as the ongoing service.
