For Robert, creating and designing wedding rings is a natural way to express his dedication to the philosophy of love.  Wedding rings—a symbol of romance and commitment—are a lifelong way to remind ourselves of the connection we have to our partners.  Robert’s history as a jeweller evolved from a three-decade career as a sculptor and photographer. While a sculptor, he used his signature “love” motif as an informal graffiti that eventually led to the creation of a ring for his now wife and The Collection. ' I Just couldnt find anything that reflected my private emotion' 

Sculpture is still an enormous factor in Robert’s jewellery design, which is clear from the contemporary forms and sweeping, graduated curves present in many of his wedding rings. 

All the luxurious Robert Young Jewellery wedding rings are crafted in his gallery and workshop. If you visit the gallery, you’re just as likely to see sculpture as jewellery. Each ring is either handmade using age old tradional jewellery bench skils or cast using a modern tecknoldy incliding a three-dimensional printer. After the ring is formed, the object is cleaned, polished and finished with the signature “love” word, which is very carefully completed with a very fine jeweller’s saw blade that pierces the Jewellery from one side to the other.
