Making Personalised jewellery is at the heart of Robert's design philosophy. For him, every and every personalised necklace or ring or set of cufflinks is a physical symbol of emotion and feeling. In Robert's eyes, jewellery is also a extension of art, a realm that he knows well. His life in the visual arts grew out of his childhood practice of crafting small sculptures. A love of sculpting eventually led to a twenty-year career as a sculptor and photographer and sculpture naturally translated into his current calling, jewellery making. When designing a new piece, Robert draws from his sculptural roots as well as from the incredible life stories of his clients. Every piece of jewellery has a story behind it.
Stories become reality in the Robert Young Jewellery studio and gallery. Robert describes his workshop as a place where jewellery, sculpture, and art all come together in one cacophony. It usually Takes 10-15 working days to have your perice in the mail for you, shipped overnight around australia and arround the world in 3-7 days
