Robert’s experience with visual creativity goes all the way back to elementary sculpture projects he made as a young boy. In fact, before he became a jeweller he spent twenty years as a sculptor and photographer. It’s easy to see that sculpture still informs his design, as do the extraordinary life stories of his clients and the forms and colours of nature.
Once an Eternity Ring is ordered, it becomes reality in Robert Young Jewellery’s workshop. Modern technology is employed alongside ancient jewellery making traditions to create a finished masterpiece. Three-dimensional printers produce wax which give the ability to adjust and refine before casting or handmaking, then finally on to be finished at the jeweller’s bench with hand tools. From beginning to end, an enormous amount of care, love and skill goes into each object. When you give one of these beautiful Eternity Rings, you are giving a true labour of love.
